技術說明

非侵入式擬真型雷射穴位刺激器，是以功率較小的雷射輸出光束來代替傳統的金屬針灸針，針對穴位進行照射以產生的生物刺激作用的一種治療方式。本研究利用半導體雷射二極體和光學元件，以嵌入式系統方式實作原型擬真型穴位刺激器。其目的在藉由模擬中醫師傳統針灸施針「提插捻轉」的手法，強化針對不同人體質之補瀉法-轉捻針補瀉法。研究方法主要以LabVIEW 儀器控制軟體和NI CompactRIO 系統平台操控微步進馬達，並帶動所設計的微型機構，利用偏振片於旋轉時所產生不同方向的偏振光，以及變化透鏡間距離所造成的雷射光焦距變化，對穴位作不同深度及方向之刺激，以模擬真實針灸時所產生的提插與捻針之效果。 In this study, we use an semiconductor laser diodes and optical components to establish an embedded systems-based emulated acupoint stimulator. The aim in the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture is to simulate the Lift, thrust and Twist approach, and strengthen human physique of different reinforcing and reducing method - turn twist the needle reinforcing and reducing method. We used LabVIEW software and NI CompactRIO platform control stepping motor and drive mechanism to design the miniature instruments, and a polarizer is rotated in different directions of polarization generated and Ray distance between lens changes caused by the focal length of the incident light changes, stimulation of acupuncture points for different depth and direction of the effect of lift and thrust and twist the needle in order to simulate the real acupuncture.
