技術說明

一種分離式延伸型場效電晶體之尿酸感測元件，包括：一基板；一導電層，包括：一銀膠層於該基板上；以及一碳膠層於該銀膠層上；一導線自該導電層延伸出；一二氧化鈦層於該導電層上；以及一尿酸酵素感測膜於該二氧化鈦層上。 亦提供分離式延伸型場效電晶體之尿酸感測系統，包括：上述之分離式延伸型場效電晶體之尿酸感測元件；一金氧半場效電晶體，其中該分離式延伸型場效電晶體之尿酸感測元件以該導線與該金氧半場效電晶體連接；一半導體參數分析裝置，與該金氧半場效電晶體電性連接；以及一參考電極，與該半導體參數分析裝置電性連接。 A separative extended gate field effect transistor based uric acid sensor, comprises: a substrate; a conductive layer comprising a silver gel layer on the substrate and a carbon gel layer on the silver gel layer; a conductive wire extended from the conductive layer; a titanium dioxide layer on the conductive layer; and a uric acid enzyme sensor layer on the titanium dioxide layer.
