技術說明

一種用於皮膚美白之奈米聚集體及其製造方法，其係於高溫下將麴酸衍生物以及具有雙碳鏈之陽離子型界面活性劑溶於有機溶劑中以形成脂相溶液，再將此脂相溶液注射至水溶液中，予以均質化而形成奈米聚集體分散液，其中奈米聚集體係由麴酸衍生物與具有雙碳鏈之界面活性劑所組成，不含磷脂質、膽固醇、上述之混合物及/或其衍生物。此奈米聚集體不僅有效提高麴酸衍生物之溶解度，且所得之奈米聚集體的經時安定性佳，可應用於製備皮膚美白之化妝品組成物。 A skin-whitening nanoaggregates and a method of preparing the same are provided. Kojic acid derivative and a cationic surfactant with two alkyl chains are dissolved in an organic solvent to form a lipid-phase solution under high temperature. The lipid-phase solution is injected into an aqueous solution and homogenized to form a nanoaggregate dispersion. Each nanoaggregate is consisted of the kojic acid derivative and the cationic surfactant with two alkyl chains without cholesterol and its derivatives without using phospholipids, cholesterols, mixtures and/or derivative thereof. Such active nanoaggregate has a higher solubility of the kojic acid derivative and excellent temporal stability, thereby being applied to the skin-whitening cosmetic formulation.
