技術說明

本項中華民國發明專利為 "獲取目標影像之邊界資料、外型與邊界類別及影像定位導引之方法", 此專利內容有二. 一是將病灶區由超音波影像中分割出來的方法. 包括病灶邊界的偵測, 外型的屬性, 以及外型的分類. 目的是希望由病灶影像的外型判斷其良惡性. 二是利用超音波影像導引針筒作穿刺取樣的定位方法. 採用磁場式定位器, 針對取樣用針筒的針尖作穿刺取樣導引. 兩者的應用對項主要是乳房腫瘤或曩腫的分割以及取樣. 本專利係有關於一種超音波影像導引手術器械方位校準方法，係利用一空間定位裝置之一發射器為基準座標，並將一感測器裝設於一手術器械上, 用以校準該手術器械之方位, 以分析出座標值，再經過一電腦運算處理分析該手術器械、該感測器及該發射器之相互空間轉換關係以求出該手術器械相對於該發射器之空間轉換關係，以校準該手術器械之方位；或者利用校準過之一手術器械及裝設於校準塊上之一感測器相對於該發射器之空間轉關係，以求得該校準塊上之一校準洞相對於該發射器之空間轉換關係. The title of this innovation pattern has two items. One is a method to segement lesions from sonogram including boundary detection, shape pattern, and shape classification. The purpose is to distiguish the lesion is benign or maliganant from its shape. The other is using sonogram to guide a needle for biopsy. It uses a electromagnetic tracker to guide a needle for biopsy. The applications of both methods focus on the segmentation and biopsy of breast tumor or cyst. This pattern is about a calibration method of surgical tools for ultrasound guided surgery. It uses the transmiter of a spatial positioning device as the basis frame. A magnetic sensor is mounted on the surgical tools to be calibrated. The sensor received the strength of magnetic wave which is transferred to a computer to analyze and calculate the transformation matrix or the relative spatial positions between the surgical tool and magnetic transmitter.
