技術說明

由於近年來風力發電機裝置容量大幅提昇情況下,無預警之風機設備故障,對於電力系統之供電穩定性已不容忽視;若隱藏性之故障徵兆無法及時檢出,一旦故障現象發生,將波及周圍之風機零組件,擴大機組之損壞程度,徒增維修成本及停機損失。 本研究旨將建立一套具人機介面之風力機故障自動警示系統及介面,藉由小型風力發電機(300W)之輸出訊號,進而應用類神經網路模型辨識風機之故障形式;最後,利用LabVIEW圖控軟體,建立一套具人機介面之故障診斷自動警示系統。 This study mainly constructs a set of automatic malfunction alert system based on human machine interface for wind generators. The purpose of this study aims to provide an alternative for operators to recognize the type of faults, even substitute for the experience based method for operators to inspect the status of the wind generators timely. The process of this project is briefly described as below. Firstly, two custom made samples are constructed based on winding insulation damage and loosen screw in foundation of a wind generator. Secondly, the experimental platform including dynamometer, and gearbox, and apparatus, such as current detector, is built to measure and record current data. Subsequently, the current signals adopted from wind generator are analyzed using the Wavelet MRA, and the type of fault is recognized using the BPNN. Finally, an automatic malfunction alert system based on human machine interface is programmed by applying LabVIEW.
