技術說明

本申請案揭示一種電源轉換切換電路，包含：第一整流電路以及輔助電路。第一整流電路係具有第一端與第二端，第一與第二端之間由3個上側切換開關與3個下側切換開關分別串-並聯連接，3個串聯的上側與下側切換開關之間分別具有一第一共端、一第二共端與一第三共端。輔助電路係包含第二整流電路。第二整流電路係具有一第三端與一第四端，第三與第四端之間由3個上側二極體與3個下側二極體分別串-並聯連接，3個串聯的上側與下側二極體之間分別連接至第一整流電路的第一、第二與第三共端；其特徵在於：第一整流電路的第一端與第二端之間串聯一上側電容與一下側電容；且該輔助電路，進一步包含：上側輔助切換開關與上側輔助二極體、下側輔助切換開關與下側輔助二極體以及複數個諧振電感。上側輔助切換開關連接於該第三端與此上側及下側電容之間的節點，且上側輔助二極體的陰極連接第一端而上側輔助二極體的陽極連接該第三端。此下側輔助切換開關連接於第四端與上側及下側電容之間的節點，且下側輔助二極體的陰極連接第四端而下側輔助二極體的陽極連接第二端。複數個諧振電感，分別配置於第一整流電路與第二整流電路之間的對流路徑上，或第二整流電路與上側及下側輔助切換開關之間的對流路徑上。 The application is related to a switching circuit for converting power, the switching circuit includes a first rectifier circuit and an assisting circuit. The first rectifier circuit has a first node and a second node, the first node connects to the second node through three upper switches and three lower switches serial-parallel connecting to each other separately, wherein a first, a second and a third common node exist between three upper and lower switches connected in serial. The assisting circuit includes a second rectifier circuit. The second rectifier circuit has a third and a fourth nodes, the third node connects to the fourth node through three upper switches and three lower switches serial-parallel connecting to each other separately. A plurality of resonant inductances is disposed within the flow path between the first rectifier circuit and the second rectifier circuit separately.
