技術說明

本發明係一種玻璃細孔加工方法及其刀具，係用於一玻璃基板的出孔加工，且該玻璃基板加工所提供之刀具係具有伸縮性，其刀具包含一殼體、一加工部、一彈性體與一延伸部。一殼體係提供一容置部；一加工部係提供具有凸出於該殼體之一鑽石刀，用以對該玻璃基板進行研磨與切削，而該加工部於該玻璃基板產生對應的一軸向壓力；一彈性體係設置於該容置部，且提供對應該軸向壓力的一伸縮彈力；以及一延伸部係結合該加工部與該彈性體於該容置部，並且透過該延伸部使得該彈性體之該伸縮彈力吸收/調整該軸向壓力，其使得在進行出孔加工時，可有效降低於加工過程中所產生與該出孔有關之碎屑的數量，並且可用以改善其出孔的品質。 The invention relates to a method and a cutting tool for forming small holes through a plate glass, more particularity, related a cutting tool having an elastic structure. The cutting tool comprises a housing, a processing unit, an elastic unit, an extended unit. The elastic unit is set in the hollow shape of the housing, and generates a flexible force corresponding to the feedback force. The extended unit combines the processing unit with the elastic unit in the hollow shape and makes the flexible force of the elastic unit to absorb/adjust the feedback force via the extended unit. The reduction of producing scrap pieces due to the machinery of the small hole is effectively achieved, and the quality of small holes during the fabrication process is drastically improved.
