技術說明

本系統乃是根據未來每年負載及分散型電源的成長估測資料，針對配電網路在電網電壓、電網電力潮流、故障電流等方面可能產生的問題，提供數種維持系統供電安全及品質之強化方案配置(包括強化設備的安裝位置及安裝數量與安裝年)，及該方案後之電網總成本(包括強化設備的投資成本、用戶斷電成本、及線路損失轉換至發輸電設備投資成本)等資訊，供電網運轉決策者在決策時，可輕易比較各種強化方案之總成本，在考量實施之難易下，作出最佳的投資選擇。 This system can provide optimal investment planning of network reinforcements in terms of network voltages, power flows, and fault level for accommodating increasing connection of distributed generation (DG) to distribution networks according to yearly load and DG growth data. The objective function containing three different objectives including network investment cost, customer interruption cost, and network losses conversion cost is optimized subject to system and operational constraints to derive optimal placement of network reinforcements to allow distribution network operators to make a proper decision based on the analysis results obtained from the proposed system.
