技術說明

本發明係揭露一種智慧鞋墊，其包含鞋墊本體、壓力感測器、溫度感測器、濕度感測器以及訊號收集器。壓力感測器、溫度感測器及濕度感測器形成於鞋墊本體之表面上，且與鞋墊本體於同一3D列印製程中製成。壓力感測器感測鞋墊本體與足部接觸之壓力訊號，溫度感測器與濕度感測器分別感測鞋墊本體之溫度訊號及濕度訊號。訊號收集器電性連接於壓力感測器、溫度感測器及濕度感測器，接收壓力訊號、溫度訊號及濕度訊號，並利用無線傳輸方式傳送至訊號接收器。 An intelligent insole is disclosed. The intelligent insole includes an insole body, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a signal collector. The pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are formed on a surface of the insole body and the above sensors are manufactured by the same 3D printing process of the insole body. When the foot contact with the insole body, pressure signals are sensed by the pressure sensor. Temperature signals and humidity signals are sensed by the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor respectively. The pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are electrically connected to the signal collector for receiving the pressure signals, the temperature signals and the humidity signals, and the signals are transmitted to a signal receiver.
