多孔非晶質合金人工關節及其製備方法POROUS AMORPHOUS ALLOY ARTIFICIAL JOINT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

本發明係提供一種用於人工關節之多孔性非晶質合金材料,其係具有300~100 um孔洞大小之鋯基非晶質材料。製法上,主要係選用Zr53Cu30Ni9Al8、Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14、Ti60Ta15Si15Zr10、Ti62Ta13Si15Zr10、Ti65Ta10Si15Zr10、Ti60Ta20Si5Zr15、Ti62Ta22Si3Zr15、Ti45Cu35Zr20作為非晶質粉體,篩選 63-105 um的鋯基非晶質粉體混合150-300 um之水溶性NaCl.CaF2.KCl等鹽類,於250-350 MPa下,於其過冷液相區的中間溫度下進行熱壓,以獲得本發明之多孔性非晶質合金材料。 The present application provides an amorphous alloy material for artificial joint, wherein the amorphous alloy material is a Zr-based amorphous material with 300~100 um porous size. The present invention mainly selects Zr53Cu30Ni9Al8, Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14, Ti60Ta15Si15Zr10, Ti62Ta13Si15Zr10, Ti65Ta10Si15Zr10, Ti60Ta20Si5Zr15, Ti62Ta22Si3Zr15 and Ti45Cu35Zr20 as the amorphous material. In the manufacturing method, the Zr-based amorphous material with particle size of 63-105 um and such as soluble salt NaCl. CaF2.KCl with particle size of 150-300 um are mixed to form a mixture, and a thermo-pressing process with 250-350 MPa and at the middle temperature within their super cooling region should be carried out to form the mixture as the present porous amorphous alloy for artificial joints with porous size of 300 um.
