技術說明

本系統可以即時監測水中的微生物(如藻類植物)生長，以提供最適化的培養環境。為了有效讀取水體內的資料，此裝置包含一垂直檔板之設計以阻隔水中的氣體對於感測器表面的影響，以及可以依培養槽置換之多參數感測器電極二層固定架之設計。此系統也包含一具有無線水體生長參數監控之實體裝置。 A real-time wireless monitoring and control system were developed in algae culture with water monitoring, including temperature, light intensity, pH, dissolved oxygen and conductivity. The system consists of three major parts, including vertical block plate, two-layer sensor holder and one reactor platform. The vertical block plate can avoid bubble disturbing to sensor signal readout, and two layer sensor holder can adaptively fix and change the sensor electrodes’ location to meet the optimum sensing quality. In addition, the accompanied reactor chamber and sensor readout modules are integrated into the overall system.
