奈米碗狀陣列結構、其製法及其應用

本發明藉由仿生技術搭配奈米壓印技術,完成碗型陣列結構的製作。主要是利用Langmuir-Blodgett 沉積技術,將聚苯乙烯奈米球自組裝成單層緊密排列陣列。而後再將無毒、堅韌而彈性、表面疏水、且為不易燃的聚二甲基矽氧烷 (PDMS) 材料澆注於聚苯乙烯奈米球單層緊密排列陣列後,經過固化、脫模後即可製作出具週期性排列的奈米碗狀結構。整體而言看似數個孔洞緊密排列,實則中心會有如凹槽的曲面,而在每六角單位間隙亦產生向上突起的三角頂柱,如同蜂巢般的構造。此種結構除可應用於細胞生物之培養外,亦可擴展至光學元件的製作上。 The innovation of the nanobowl array structure was bioinspired from the surface appearance of insects and the fabricated by nanoimprint lithography technology. The closed-packed polystyrene (PS) nanospheres were self-assembled into a single layer alignment array was using the Langmuir-Blodgett deposition technique. Then the non-toxic, tough but elastic, surface hydrophobic, non-flammable polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) material was casted into the closed-packed PS monolayer. A periodic nanobowl array structure could be obtained after curing and demolding. Generally, it is like a porous close-packed array but instead of a curved surface in the center of the hole. There is an upwardly protruding triangular top column at each hexagonal unit gap, which like the hive structure. This nanobowl array structure was not only suitable for the culture of cell biology but also can be extended to the optical device application.
