本發明係有關於一種應用模態間包絡訊號之相關係數值於機械損壞診斷的方法,其主要於機械振動模態分析中,損壞敲擊會激發機械系統多個模態共振,而其各模態間之包絡訊號具有很高的相似性,因此其模態間之包絡訊號,在統計上的相關係數值(correlation coefficient )將會趨近1;反之,對於無損壞敲擊之振動訊號,其模態間之包絡訊號均為隨機雜訊,因此並無相似性,故其模態間之包絡訊號,在統計上的相關係數值(correlation coefficient )將會趨近0;藉此,以利用其模態間包絡訊號之統計相關係數值,在損壞機械與正常機械所計算出統計值的趨近差異,來判斷機械之損壞與否者。 In this invention, the correlation coefficient of the vibration envelopes between different vibration modes is estimated to apply to the defect diagnosis of mechanical system. Because the defect impact would excite mechanical vibration with multiple vibration modes which are similar in their corresponding envelope, the correlation coefficient of the vibration envelopes between different vibration modes would be approaching one. On the other hand, the envelopes derived from the vibration modes of normal mechanical system would be random and possess little similarity between different vibration modes. Thus, the correlation coefficient of the vibration envelopes between different vibration modes for the normal mechanical system would be approaching zero. Accordingly, the clear different trends of the correlation coefficient of the vibration envelopes for the defect mechanical system and the normal mechanical system could be applied to the defect diagnosis of mechanical system.
