一種遠端照護系統，包括量測裝置，用以量測被照護者的生理訊號，並將量測結果轉換為量測資料；一電子顯示裝置，連結於量測裝置以接收量測資料，電子顯示裝置具有用以顯示量測資料的使用者操作介面；及一遠端使用者裝置，用以提供一使用者遠端地登入電子顯示裝置並瀏覽量測資料；遠端使用者裝置並提供使用者設定並傳送一事件提醒排程至關懷快遞裝置，以按時地顯示事件提醒訊息於使用者操作介面，藉以達成被照護者與遠端醫護人員或子女之間的溝通。 The present invention relates to a tele-homecare system and method thereof. The tele-homecare system comprises a measurement device, an electro display device and a user end device. The measurement device used to measure a user’s personal vital signs and transmit the personal vital signs to a physiological measurement data. The electro display device connected to the measurement device to receive the physiological measurement data. The electro display device has a user operation interface to display the physiological measurement data. The user end device provided for another user login to the electro display device and browsing the physiological measurement data. The user end device provided for another user set and sends an event alert reminder to the electro display device. The electro display device displays an event alert message on the user operation interface, such that a communication from the user to the user’s son and daughter or a caregiver can be reached
