周纖毛蟲類原生動物寄生蟲海水白點蟲(Cryptocaryon irritans)是造成多種海水魚類感染海水白點病之致病生物，並被認為是造成最嚴重漁業經濟損害的寄生蟲之一。而本發明提供一藉由密碼子置換的方式優化的海水白點蟲制動抗原互補去氧核糖核酸(cDNA)，及包含其之載體，使制動抗原蛋白質能於原核細胞及真核細胞系統中表現之方法，同時亦驗證了該制動蛋白具有致免疫性，以其生產之疫苗及其製造方法及用途，得以預防魚類受到海水白點蟲感染。 The holotrichous ciliated protozoan parasite Cryptocaryon irritans is the causative organism of white spot disease in a broad range of marine fishes. This parasite has become a frequent pest in fish farms and is considered as one of the most devastating parasites widely distributed. The present invention relates to a Cryptocaryon irritans vaccine produced by an immobilization antigen cDNA of Cryptocaryon irritans, which is able to translates a protein containing the same immunogenicity as the original protein of Cryptocaryon irritans.
