技術說明

本發明揭示一種探針尖端固著導電顆粒之製備方法，其包含下列步驟：使一探針之一尖端部趨近一導電顆粒及施加一偏壓於該探針與該導電顆粒間，使該導電顆粒固著於該尖端部。本發明揭示之方法僅利用施加偏壓之方式直接將該導電顆粒轉移並固著於該探針尖端部，探針表面無需進行任何表面處理，因此具製作容易、良率高且成本低之優點。針尖頂端在此只能固定一單一微小之導電顆粒，此導電顆粒可以成為物理尺寸之限制進而固定其它單一之顆粒，例如蛋白質單顆分子等。 A method for attaching a conductive particle to the apex of a tip comprises the steps of: approaching the apex of a tip to a conductive particle and applying a bias voltage between the tip and the conductive particle so that the conductive particle can attach to the apex. The method only and directly uses a bias voltage to transfer and attach conductive particle to the apex, and no surface treatment of the tip is required. Therefore, the method proposed by the present invention is simple, and has low-cost and high-yield advantage.
