技術說明

一種圖案轉移基板裝置包含一環形治具以及一圖案轉移基板。環形治具具有一中空部。圖案轉移基板設置於中空部且由環形治具夾持，並具有一本體部及一凸部。凸部與本體部一體成型並位於本體部之一外緣。環形治具係夾持凸部。本發明之圖案轉移基板係形成於環形治具內，且藉由凸部可增加二者的連結強度，並且本發明之圖案轉移基板在環形治具夾持的情況下進行製程，因而能避免操作者觸摸圖案轉移基板而避免污損。本發明係關於一種圖案轉移基板裝置，特別關於一種圖案轉移基板裝置及其圖案轉移基板。 A pattern-transferring substrate apparatus includes an annular fixture and a pattern-transferring substrate. The annular fixture has a hollow portion. The pattern-transferring substrate is disposed in the hollow portion, and is clipped by the annular fixture. The pattern-transferring substrate includes a main body and a protrusion, which is integrally formed as one piece with the main body and connected with an edge of the main body. The protrusion is clipped by the annular fixture. In the invention, the pattern-transferring substrate is formed in the annular fixture, and the mutual connection can be strengthened by the protrusion. Besides, the pattern-transferring substrate is applied to a process when being clipped by the annular fixture. Therefore, the pattern-transferring substrate can be prevented from being contacted by an operator, and thus the contamination can be prevented.
