技術說明

一種液體樣本中可偶極化粒子的分離方法，包含以下步驟：驅動一液體樣本流動，液體樣本含有複數可偶極化粒子；施加一交流電壓於一第一電極及一第二電極，透過第一電極及第二電極沿相對液體樣本流動的一方向形成一不均勻電場；以及液體樣本流經不均勻電場時不與第一電極及第二電極接觸，該些可偶極化粒子受到該不均勻電場作用而凝聚，從而與該液體樣本分離。其中交流電壓的範圍介於0.5～10伏特。利用本發明可以在低交流電壓的使用下，更為簡易及有效地分離液體樣本中可偶極化粒子，且能避免樣本變性。 A method for separating polarizable particles in a liquid sample is disclosed. The method includes the steps of enabling the liquid sample containing a plurality of polarizable particles to flow, applying a alternating current to a first electrode and a second electrode and forming a non-uniform electric field in the direction relative to the direction of the flow of the liquid sample by the first electrode and the second electrode, and cohering the charged particles under the non-uniform electric field so as to separating the charged particles from the liquid sample. When the liquid samples flows through the non-uniform electric field, it doesn’t contact to the electrodes. The voltage range of the alternating current is between 0.5~10 volt. The present invention is advantageous for separating the polarizable particles from the liquid samples easily and more effectively by applying low alternating current; preferably, it is able to prevent variation of sample.
