技術說明

本發明係有關於一種氣壓旋轉式圓形工作件表面薄膜塗佈方法及設備,其係將要塗佈的圓形工作件架置於旋轉機構上,並以原料載入機構將高分子溶液預置在圓形工作件表面;當啟動旋轉機置,且調控不同的轉速來產生不同大小的離心力,以調控滾筒上之高分子溶液的初始厚度;又,待滾筒上之高分子溶液達到預設之初始厚度時,開啟氣壓閥,使高壓氣體於滾筒的四週形成一環形高壓氣流,將高分子溶液壓平到指定厚度;據此,即可將液狀之高分子溶液均勻以周圍環繞之方向及縱向在圓形工作件表面上塗佈,而該均勻塗佈於圓形工作件表面上之分子層厚度為1微米之十分之幾至100微米,本方法亦可將分子層塗佈於前述之圓形工作件之內表面。 The present invention relates to a pneumatic rotary coating method and device for thin films on surfaces of round workpieces. Primarily, a round workpiece to be coated is installed on a rotary mechanism, and high polymer solution can be pre-applied to the surface of the round workpiece by means of a raw material loading mechanism. As the rotary mechanism is started, different rotation rates can be subject to adjustment and control to produce different amounts of centrifugal force for further adjustment and control of initial thickness of the high polymer solution on the surface of the round workpiece. Still, a pneumatic valve will not be switched on until the high polymer solution on the workpiece surface is formed in a preset initial thickness, so as that high-pressure gas from the pneumatic valve can be formed as a circular high-pressure air current surrounding the round workpiece to make the high polymer solution be pressed to a specific thickness.
