技術說明

由於螺紋面粗糙度顯著影響螺桿的運行順暢度，進而影響噪音、摩擦阻力、定位精度以及壽命等，因此發明人研發一種電解複合磨粒拋光裝置快速拋光螺紋面的粗糙度達到奈米級。 這種螺紋面拋光裝置，用以解決目前工件的螺紋面拋光效果及效率不佳等問題。本發明的螺紋面拋光裝置包含一基座、一第一旋轉模組、一平移模組、一第二旋轉模組、一拋光工具及一負重控制模組，該第一旋轉模組及該平移模組均設於該基座，該第一旋轉模組可用以夾持一待拋光的工件，該第二旋轉模組設於該平移模組，該拋光工具由該第二旋轉模組驅動旋轉以拋光該工件，該負重控制模組連接該平移模組以控制拋光進給力。 Inventors developed an electrochemical abrasive polishing apparatus to polish rapidly the thread surface roughness in nanoscale. This apparatus in polishing the threaded surface is developed to solve the problems such as the surface polishing effect and poor efficiency. The polishing apparatus of the present invention comprises a base, a first rotation module, a translation module, a second rotating module, a polishing tool and a load control module. The first rotary module and the translation module are located in the base. The first rotation module is used to clamp a workpiece to be polished. The second module is located on the translation module. The polishing tool is driven by the second rotating module to polish the workpiece. The load control module is connected to the translation module to control the polishing feed force.
