技術說明

本發明係一種可調承載電流之保險絲裝置，其包含串接於一外部電路迴路之一致動組件以及一彈性組件，該致動組件包含一致動器，該致動器係與該外部電路迴路之一端電性連接且隨溫度增加而改變本身之彎曲量；該彈性組件包含一彈性片以及一位移控制組件，該彈性片於相對低溫狀態下，受該致動器壓制並與該致動器呈電性接觸且與該外部電路迴路電性連接；當流經該外部電路迴路之電流經過該致動器，使該致動器因增溫而彎曲變形，將迫使該彈性片與該致動器分離；該位移控制組件與該彈性片固定連接，其控制該彈性片與該致動器之間的距離。 A new fuse with adjustable rated current contains an actuating part and a stiffness part. The actuating part includes a thermal bimorph actuator and a circuit loop. This actuator could increase its output force and displacement when the temperature increases. The temperature could be changed when rated currents in the circuit loop varied. The stiffness part could change its shape by a switch. When currents flow through the circuit loop, it could induce thermal expansion of bimorph actuator to depart from stiffness part. When stiffness part is adjusted in different location, the rated current could be different.
