本發明係有關於一種鑽石成核方法，包括下列步驟：提供一基板並以一化學試劑前處理該基板之一表面，其中該化學試劑係至少一選自由一硫酸鹽、一磷酸鹽、及一過硫酸鹽所組成之群組；提供ㄧ混合氣體於ㄧ反應室中，其中該混合氣體包括一含碳氣體，及更可選擇性包括一惰性氣體、一氫氣或一二氧化碳(例如:氬氣+甲烷、氬氣+氫氣+甲烷、氫氣+甲烷、二氧化碳+甲烷皆可)；以及於該反應室中形成ㄧ電漿，並於未外加偏壓之條件下，使該含碳氣體於經前處理之該基板之該表面上反應形成複數個核種。 The present invention relates to a method of diamond nucleation, comprising the following steps: providing a substrate, and treating one surface of the substrate with a chemical reagent, wherein the chemical reagent is at least one selected from the group consisting of a sulfate, a phosphate, and a persurfate; providing a gas mixture, which includes a carbon-containing gas and further includes a noble gas, a hydrogen gas, or a carbon dioxide gas selectively (for example: Ar+CH4, Ar+ CH4+H2, CH4+H2, CH4+CO2), in a reaction chamber; and forming a plasma in the reaction chamber to react the carbon-containing gas into a plurality of nuclei on a treated surface of the substrate without externally applied bias voltage.
