技術說明

本發明係提供一種高轉換效率之同步降壓直流-直流轉換器，其包含同步降壓轉換器主電路、脈寬調變控制電路、零遲滯比較器、零電壓控制電路、變頻觸發比較器以及變頻控制電路。藉由上述電路設計，特別是變頻控制電路，其包含變頻開關、電壓調整電路、負回授放大器、震盪器、加法器以及上臨界比較器，可達到有效降低同步降壓轉換器主電路之第二開關切換時所導致的能量損耗的功效，並且改善轉換器的效率。本發明兼具低成本和容易積體化的優勢。 The invention provides a synchronous buck dc-dc converter with high conversion efficiency. It includes an asynchronous buck transducer main circuit, a pulse width modulation control circuit, a zero delay comparator, a zero voltage control circuit, a variable frequency comparator and a variable frequency control circuit. With above-mentioned circuit design, in particular, with the variable frequency control circuit including a variable frequency switch, a voltage regulation circuit, a negative feedback amplifier, an oscillator, an adder and an upper threshold comparator, the present invention can achieve the effect of reducing energy loss caused by switching the second switch of the asynchronous buck transducer main circuit. Further, the present invention has advantages that it can be manufactured at low cost and integrated easily.
