技術說明

本發明係關於一種有機發光二極體裝置及其製造方法，特別是有關於導電層與發光層間具有極低電洞注入能障，更佳者為不具有電洞注入能障，使電洞能不受阻礙的傳遞。 本發明係揭露一種有機發光二極體裝置及其製造方法，此有機發光二極體裝置至少包含有基板、第一導電層、發光層、電子傳輸層、電子注入層及第二導電層，且由下而上依序為基板、第一導電層、發光層、電子傳輸層、電子注入層及第二導電層，其中第一導電層與發光層間具有小於0.2電子伏特之電洞注入能障，更佳者為不具有電洞注入能障，使電洞於第一導電層與發光層間能不受阻礙的傳遞。 An organic light emitting diode (OLED) apparatus and a manufacturing method are disclosed. The OLED apparatus includes a substrate, a first electrically conductive layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer and a second electrically conductive layer. The arrangement from bottom to top is the substrate, the first electrically conductive layer, the light emitting layer, the electron transmission layer, the electron injection layer and the second electrically conductive layer. The first electrically conductive layer and the light emitting layer have a relatively low (less than 0.2 eV), or better have no hole-injection energy-barrier so that holes can transport without obstruction between the first electrically conductive layer and the light emitting layer.
