綠建築效能模擬分析系統及其最適化決策方法

本發明提供一種綠建築效能模擬分析系統,並透過A.設定節能目標;B.獲取氣象資料;C.內部設定;D.執行節能計算模組;E.可視化性能分析與熱點追蹤;F.評估與方案修正;以及G.選擇最優化方案等操作步驟,從設計之初便以建築資訊模型(BIM)作為基礎工具,因應在地化的氣候條件,進行建築性能分析(BPA),透過“設計”及“分析”的決策循環,以建築用電強度(EUI)作為能耗綜合性能指標的度量單位,並且採用「優化性能百分比」作為評級的條件,持續優化設計以產生符合環境效益的最優化方案,最終達到追求環境永續發展的目標。 The present invention provides a green building efficiency simulation and analysis system, relied on the steps of (A)setting energy conservation targets,(B) acquitting climate data,(C)internal settings,(D)implementing an energy conservation calculation module,(E)visualizing performance analysis,(F)assessment and proposal revision,and(G)selecting an optimal proposal. The green building efficiency simulation and analysis system obtains design proposals with optimized environmental effectiveness in response to local climate conditions when BIM is used as a basic tool from the beginning of the design process. It recommends that building EUI be used as an integrated energy conservation performance indicator, and employs performance optimization. In addition, a decision-making cycle consisting of design and analysis processes can optimize design and generate candidate proposals offering environmental effectiveness, and ultimately achieve the goal of environmental sustainability.
