技術說明

一種車禍嚴重度預測方法，由一車禍嚴重度預測裝置分析一行車記錄影片中畫面變動的程度，並於判斷該行車記錄影片中有車禍發生時，取得該行車記錄影片中發生車禍的一時間點及至少一環境特徵，接著根據該時間點，辨識該行車記錄影片之在該時間點之前和之後一段時間內的一片段影像中出現的物件，以判定發生碰撞的物件，然後根據警政單位提供之記錄車禍的嚴重等級及其對應的環境特徵和碰撞物件的歷史資料與該至少一環境特徵及被判定發生碰撞的物件，預測車禍的一嚴重等級。 A predicting method of car accident severity which uses a predicting device of car accident severity to analysis the picture change level of a dashcam video, and when it determines there has a car accident happened in the dashcam video, the predicting device of car accident severity gets a time of the car accident and at least one environment feature from the dashcam video, and recognizes the objects in a video footage of the dashcam video which was recorded in a period of time that from the time before the time of the car accident to the time after the time of the car accident, and determines the object that the car collided. The predicting device of car accident severity predicts a severity degree of the car accent according to the history data which records car accent severity degrees and their corresponding environment features and collided objects provided by the Police unit and the at least one environment feature and the collided object which was determined.
