技術說明

本發明係關於純化的重組β2-醣蛋白胜肽，包含至少一具有抑制腫瘤功能的β2-醣蛋白 I (β2-GPI)片段，及其於抗腫瘤治療上的應用。本發明特徵在於利用真核細胞表現系統大量製造及純化得到β2-醣蛋白 I之重組片段，並篩選出具有抑制腫瘤細胞增生及移動能力的重組β2-GPI功能性片段，製備包括β2-GPI-D1、β2-GPI-D4、β2-GPI-D5、β2-GPI-D1234、β2-GPI-D12345和β2-GPI-D2345等功能性重組蛋白，以及將其應用於抗腫瘤藥物或相關治療方面之開發。 The present invention relates to a purified recombinant β2-GPI peptide, comprising at least one tumor inhibitoryβ2-GPI domain, and the use thereof in anti-tumor therapy. The technical proposal is characterized by producing and purifying various recombinant β2-GPI fragments using a viral expression system; screening functional domains ofβ2-GPI with potential in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and migration; preparing purified recombinant β2-GPI peptides comprising the functional domains includingβ2-GPI-D1, β2-GPI-D4, β2-GPI-D5, β2-GPI-D1234, β2-GPI-D12345 and β2-GPI-D2345; and applying the purified recombinant β2-GPI peptides in the development of anti-tumor drugs or related therapy.
