技術說明

本發明有關一種快速石墨烯溶液之製法，係利用石墨電極插入在含有硫酸基(SO42-)系列陰離子界面活性劑水溶液中，通以超聲波與電壓，以快速振盪方式撥離製備出大量石墨烯粉末。詳細說明如下:本發明提出一種製備石墨烯的電化學法,其中包含下列步驟:將依石墨工作電極與一輔助電極置於一電解液中, 電解液含有八烷基硫酸鈉、十烷基硫酸鈉、十二烷基硫酸鈉、或十四烷基硫酸鈉;於對電解液震盪下，提供一正偏壓于石墨工作電極;以及於對電解液震盪下，提供一負偏壓於石墨工作電極。 The invention provides an electrochemical method for producing graphene, which includes the following steps of: putting a graphite working electrode and an auxiliary electrode in an electrolyte composed of sodium octyl sulfate, sodium decyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, or sodium tetradodecyl sulfate; providing a positive bias for the working electrode under the vibration of the electrolyte; and providing a negative bias for the working electrode under the vibration of the electrolyte.
