技術說明

本發明是為了解決在遇到強風時須停止裝置，而無法使用太陽能發電的問題。其包括：一中空支柱、一上支撐平台、一下支撐平台、兩支撐桿、兩導螺桿、兩伺服馬達及五球型接頭。東西方向使用一伺服馬達帶動導螺桿，在其上放置一滑塊，並使一支撐桿連結滑塊與上支撐平台，支撐桿推動支撐平台，使平台作東西方向的轉動；同樣地，南北方向使用一伺服馬達帶動導螺桿，在其上放置另一滑塊並與一支撐桿與上平台作連接推動平台，使平台作南北方向的轉動，如此設計能讓平台隨時正對太陽，準確的追蹤太陽所在的位置，以達到最高的發電效率。 The invention is to solve the mechanism would stop in strong wind so that the solar power generation wouldn’t be used. A mechanism for sun tracking, including a hollow pillar, a support plate, two support poles, two lead screws, two servo motors, and five ball joints. We use a servo motor to drive a lead screw and put a slide on it, and let a support rod that connects with the slide to push the support platform. So the platform will rotate in east-west direction. Similarly, we use another servo motor to drive a lead screw and put a slide on it, and let a support rod to push the support platform. The platform will rotate in north-west direction. In this way, we can let the platform face the sun straightly, and track the location of the sun accurately. Then we can achieve the maximum power generation efficiency.
