技術說明

本發明係關於一種透明物體的量測系統，特別是關於一種利用條紋投影量測透明物體形貌或折射率的系統。 一種利用條紋投影技術量測透明物體的形貌或折射率的系統，其包含：一長焦深圖像產生裝置、一感光裝置及一影像處理器。該長焦深圖像產生裝置用以生成一長焦深之參考圖像。該參考圖像入射至一待測透明物體，其表面形貌與折射率導致入射後的影像受到折射而扭曲。該感光裝置用以接收該扭曲的影像。該影像處理器用以分析該扭曲影像與該參考圖像的差異，據以辨識該待測透明物體的形貌或折射率。 A system for measuring the profile or the refractive index of a transparent object by fringe projection techniques is provided and includes an image generating device, a photosensitive device, and an image processor. The image generating device produces a reference image with a large depth of focus. This reference image passes through an inspected transparent object, and is deformed by the refractive index and the topography of the object. The photosensitive device receives the deformed image. The image processor analyzes the difference between the deformed image and the reference image, so as to identify the shape or the refractive index of the inspected transparent object.
