本發明之實施方式揭露一種無段變速器,其包含傳力機構以及至少一錐形盤。傳力機構具有接觸面,且傳力機構包含複數個咬合件。複數個咬合件可伸縮地設置於接觸面。錐形盤的盤面上具有多個可與咬合件咬合的卡合牆。如此一來,本發明之實施方式所揭露之無段變速器,透過咬合的方式傳遞動力,使得傳力機構與錐形盤之間的接合更加穩定,適合應用於高扭力的環境中。未來隨著能源的需求、汽油車的改良、電動車的普及,尋找高功率密度的可變動力傳動模組必成為趨勢。 The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a continuously variable transmission (CVT),which includes a force transmission mechanism and at least one tapered disk. The force transmission mechanism has a contact surface, and the force transmission mechanism includes a plurality of engaging elements. The plurality of engaging elements are retractably disposed on the contact surface. The disk surface of the tapered disk has multiple engaging walls which are capable of engaging with the engaging elements. As such, the CVT of the embodiments of the present disclosure can make the bonding between the force transmission mechanism and the tapered disk more stable by using the engaging manner to transmit power, so as to apply into the high torsion surroundings.
