技術說明

本發明提供一種光學材料的應力量測方法，前述光學材料應力量測方法包含一擷取待測光學材料試片光強影像步驟、一四步相位移運算步驟、一光彈法等色線(等平面内两主應力差值線)強化運算步驟及一延遲量轉換運算步驟。運用四步相位移運算步驟及等色線強化運算步驟可以對應修正光學材料低應力下難以偵測的問題及提昇量測效果，本發明之光學材料應力量測方法以更簡化且更低成本的硬體系統完成穿透式光彈法或反射式光彈法的更精確全場量測作業。 A stress measurement method of optical materials is disclosed. The method includes a photoelastic image of a test specimen acquisition step, a four-step phase shifting operation step, an isochromatics intensifying operation step, and a retardation converting operation step. The four-step phase shifting operation step and the isochromatics intensifying operation step can amend the problem that the low-level stress is difficult to be measured and increase the measurement efficiency. The invention can use the more simplified and lower cost device for a full-field accurate measurement in transmission or reflection photoelastic optical path.
