技術說明

一種微波繞射系統包含二個平板、一晶格模型、一發射器以及一偵測器。二個平板具有導電性，且相對平行設置以構成一平面波導。晶格模型包含多個規則排列之圓柱，且圓柱設置於二個平板之間。發射器設置於平面波導之外緣，用以朝晶格模型提供一微波。偵測器設置於平面波導之外緣，用以偵測晶格模型所反射之微波。依據上述之微波繞射系統所獲得之繞射圖案與理論值相近。本發明一實施例之微波繞射系統包含二個平板、一晶格模型、一發射器以及一偵測器。二個平板具有導電性，且相對平行設置以構成一平面波導。晶格模型包含多個規則排列之圓柱，且圓柱設置於二個平板之間。發射器設置於平面波導之外緣，用以朝晶格模型提供一微波。偵測器設置於平面波導之外緣，用以偵測晶格模型所反射之微波。 A microwave diffraction system includes two plates, a lattice model, a transmitter and a detector. The two plates with electrical conductivity are parallel to form a planar waveguide. The lattice model includes a plurality of cylinders which are regular arrangement and placed between the two plates. The transmitter is arranged at outside edge of the planar waveguide for providing a microwave towards the lattice model. The detector is arranged at outside edge of the planar waveguide for detecting the microwave reflected from the lattice model. The diffraction pattern obtained by the above-mentioned microwave diffraction system is similar to theoretical value.
