技術說明

本發明係關於塗覆觸媒於光滑的顆粒狀物體表面之方法，該方法包括以下步驟：(a)將異丙醇和醋酸的混合液，加入四異丙基氧鈦中，攪拌後，添加水溶液或含金屬離子的水溶液，於乾燥後煅燒，以製得顆粒狀觸媒；(b)將顆粒狀觸媒研磨至粉狀觸媒，並以一設定比例溶解於水溶液中，以超音波震盪後取上層混合液，傾倒於盛有複數個顆粒狀物體之容器內，混合液之液面應高於顆粒狀物體；(c)乾燥混合液，至混合液完全蒸乾；及(d)重複步驟(b)及(c)複數次，使觸媒塗覆於光滑的顆粒狀物體表面。利用本發明之方法，可將觸媒固定於光滑的顆粒狀物體表面，且顆粒狀物體無需先經腐蝕，亦不須利用黏著劑，為成本低廉、無污染且產量高的固定化方法。 The disclosure relates to a method for coating catalysts on the smooth surfaces of pellets. The method includes the steps of: (a) adding mixed solution of isopropanol and acetic acid into titanium isopropoxide and stiring, then adding water or solution including metal ion, then drying and calcining to obtain catalyst pellet; (b) grinding catalyst pellet into powdered catalysts with a diameter being smaller than a predetermined diameter, then adding powdered catalysts into water solution at a predetermined ratio, then oscillating by ultrasound to obtain mixed solution at an upper layer (c) drying the mixed solution to be empty; (d) repeating the steps (b) and (c) several times to make catalysts on the surfaces of pellets. Using the method of the disclosure, the catalysts can be immobilizated on the smooth surfaces of pellets, and pellets do not need to be etched.
