技術說明

一種穿透率可變之多孔薄膜之製備方法，其為將一聚合物進行烘乾去除水氣後，與一鹽類及一溶劑按照一混合比例進行混合以得到一第一混合溶液，接著該鹽類經由超音波震盪處理並完全溶解於該第一混合溶液中形成一第二混合溶液，再將該第二混合溶液於一玻璃平板上塗佈成膜，並置入一排氣櫃中抽氣讓該溶劑完全揮發，再以水洗處理將該鹽類自該聚合物中去除，予以製成一多孔薄膜。其中，該聚合物選自一聚丙烯腈；該鹽類選自一氯化鋰。而該多孔薄膜，其藉由乾溼狀態進而改變該多孔薄膜的可見光穿透率。 A preparation of the porous thin film is provided, treating the polymer with the drying process, blending the dried polymer with the salt and the solvent to forming the 1st solution, dissolving the salt by ultrasonic treating to forming the 2nd solution, forming a thin film by coating the 2nd solution on the plate under controlled humidity, the salt washed process followed by the evaporating of the solvent to forming a porous thin film, which having the variable transmittance depending on dried-wet status thereof. As described, the polymer and the salt are selected from PAN、LiCl respectively.
