技術說明

本發明係一個安裝於自行車後輪鼓的內藏式磁性變速器，是以一組自由度為二的非接觸式磁性齒輪機構做為內變速器主體，該磁性齒輪機構包含同心的內環磁鐵、中環調磁鐵心、及外環磁鐵等三個非接觸式的圓環件，在調速機構方面，利用平移式調速套筒來操控，藉由調速套筒的軸向平移以嚙合或解除離合器，來改變三種不同的動力路徑，達到三速換檔之目的。相較於現行的機械式自行車內變速器，本創作的特點在於(1)齒輪機構為磁力驅動，無機械摩擦問題，能提高變速器的傳動效率； (2)磁性齒輪機構的功能等同於一組基本行星齒輪系，但組件數較基本行星齒輪系少，故所需的構裝空間較小，機構更為緻密且成本低；(3)磁性傳動之磁性齒輪機構無須潤滑保養，更為環保。 This invention is related to a magnetic transmission hub used for bicycles. It is a non-contact magnetic gear transmission, which consists of an inner rotor with surface-mounted PMs , a ring with iron pole-pieces, and an outer rotor with surface-mounted PMs. It has three forward gears, and the gear stage of this magnetic transmission hub is controlled by a gear-shifting mechanism. The proposed magnetic transmission hub has the following features: 1. Due to the non-contact feature, there exists no friction and no wear, and the efficiency of this transmission is high; 2. The function of the magnetic transmission is identical to a basic planetary gear train. However, the magnetic transmission does not need any planet gear. The presented design is compact and easy for maintenance. 3. This invention possesses several advantages, including no mechanical loss, no mechanical fatigue, lubrication free, and inherent overload protection.
