技術說明

現行聯軸器多數屬接觸式的機械聯軸器，本專利技術提出一種非接觸式磁性聯軸器，並與一軸向氣隙直流無刷馬達整合為一體的機電裝置，在構造上與功能面均屬新穎設計，與現行設計比較具有下列優勢。 1.消除了機械接觸的噪音、振動、以及損耗等問題。 2.提高機械元件的使用率，減少了維護與修理的工時和費用。 3.具有過載保護的特性，當最大扭矩超過聯軸器之傳輸扭矩時，只會造成聯軸器磁極間之滑移，成為一保護機制。 4.具備完全密封的特性，適用於高真空、或高腐蝕性之半導體製程及化工設備中。 This invention is a novel electromechanical device that integrates an axial-flux BLDC motor with an axial type magnetic coupling. It consists of a shield, a stator, a shared rotor, and an output shaht of the coupling. The main feature of this design is the combination of permanent magents for the BLDC motor's rotor and the driving part of the magnetic coupling. It possesses the characteristics of compactness, light weight, and high efficiency.
