技術說明

本文將處理後廢金屬混合物，經磁選、過篩、晾乾、研磨成粉末，再和廢液晶玻璃粉末、發泡劑、助熔劑等材料調配，經混拌、滾動、造粒成直徑大小不等的球狀土坯；在輕質磚方面，經過混拌、製坯、生料入模、壓坯成型製成生坯，經陰乾再進行燒結，其燒結溫度設定為800℃、900℃及1000℃等三種，經過工程及環境品質分析後，再作為綠建材再利用。本發明並探討助熔劑、發泡劑等化學組成、溫度因素、升溫速率、持溫因素、成型顆粒大小因素等燒結條件對廢金屬混合物輕質磚及輕質骨材工程性質之影響，並探討廢液晶玻璃粉末含量對廢金屬混合物輕質磚及輕質骨材外觀、密度、抗壓強度及物理性質之影響。 。 This study is intended to research the manufacture of lightweight aggregate with the metal slag which is combined with the waste liquid crystal glass powder, swell agent and flux agent after separating drying and grinding to powder, and made into globular tile aggregate of different diameters through the processes of mixing, rolling and granulating. In the light of brick, after mixing, making billet, the raw material into the mold, compacts molding dried and then sintered, the sintering temperature is set to 800 ℃, 900 ℃ and 1000 ℃, kinds, after analysis of engineering and environmental quality, as green building materials reuses.
