一種含（2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚）寡聚物之氧氮苯并環己烷樹脂，包含（2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚）寡聚物單元以及氧氮苯并環己烷單元，其中（2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚）寡聚物單元與氧氮苯并環己烷單元的莫耳數比為1:2。含（2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚）寡聚物之氧氮苯并環己烷樹脂可用於製備固化物，藉此，固化物可具有高玻璃轉移溫度與優良的熱穩定性。 A (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)oligomer-containing benzoxazine resin includes a unit of (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)oligomer and a unit of benzoxazine, wherein a mole ratio of the unit of (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)oligomer to the unit of benzoxazine is 1:2. The (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)oligomer-containing benzoxazine resin can be applied to manufacture a thermoset. The thermoset is featured with a high glass transition temperature and an excellent thermal stability.
