結構抑菌薄膜、其製法及其應用

細菌與微生物是自然界中存在數量最龐大的有機生命體,且其在自然界中的分佈相當廣泛,也是大量導致疾病的病原體。然而截至目前為止,我們仍然無法有效的避免細菌的感染,因此這項難題成了人類發展中的一大挑戰。隨著科技發展人們逐漸瞭解到師法自然也是開闢新技術、解決問題的主要途徑之一。因此本發明從仿生學的角度切入,將工程技術和生物功能特性結合在一起,製作出一種具有類似蜻蜓翅膀與玫瑰花瓣超疏水特性的奈米抑菌陣列結構,使細菌無法附著來達到抑菌的效果。發明中並進一步分析奈米陣列與細菌之間的附著對抑菌特性的影響。實驗結果顯示利用Langmuir-Blodgett 沉積技術可將聚苯乙烯奈米球自組裝成單層的緊密排列陣列。藉由氧氣電漿蝕刻處理可快速將聚苯乙烯奈米球的縮小形成類似蜻蜓翅膀表面的非緊密陣列結構以提升薄膜表面的接觸角,使細菌的附著數量減少。在不使用抗生素的情況下,透過仿生構造的製作來達到抑菌的功效。 Bacteria and microorganisms are the largest number of living organisms in nature and their distribution in nature is quite extensive, which also a pathogen that causes a great amount of diseases. However, we still cannot effectively prevent bacterial infections at this moment, and this issue has become a major challenge in human development. With the development of science and technology, people gradually figure out that learning from the nature to create new technologies and solve problems is also one of the main way. Therefore, this innovation intends to introduce from the aspect of bionics to prepare a nano-bacterial array structure with super-hydrophobic characteristics biomimetic dragonfly wings and rose petals by combining engineering technology and biological functional characteristics. To make the bacteria unable to attach to the surface easily and approach the attainment of antibacterial effect. The effect of the adhesion between the bacteria and the nano array were furtherly analyzed in this study. The experimental results show that the closed packed polystyrene nanospheres can be self-assembled into a single layer tightly aligned array by using the Langmuir-Blodgett deposition technique. A biomimetic dragonfly’s wings surface could be formed by using the oxygen plasma etching from the close packed polystyrene nanospheres array. Thereby, the water contact angle of the closed packed biomimetic structure surface was enhanced, and the number of attached bacteria on the surface was also reduced apparently. The goal of bacteria inhibiting could be approached by the bionic structures without antibiotic using.
