技術說明

本專利的創作目的為研發一款具備微動式機構的新型人工牙植體系統，使其能更加符合自然牙的力學機制，進而提升植牙治療的品質與價值。此款微動式人工牙植體系統的技術特點為藉由上蓋元件的內螺紋與樁柱體元件的外螺紋之尺寸差異以及內部空間規劃來提供微量活動度約0.2mm，並且配合環型彈性襯圈當作回復機制與達到密封性，以及鎖固定位的防呆設計；同時兼具元件可汰換性以及防止上蓋脫出之考量。上述亦為本申請案所欲保護的專利範圍。本專利所提出的微動式人工牙植體系統已透過有限元素法進行電腦模擬，並委託國內金屬加工廠商製作出真實雛型成品，當然亦已完成實際力學測試，彼此相互驗證證實其活動度與可行性。 The purpose of this invention is to develop a novel dental implant system provided with the micro-motion mechanism that can mimic the biomechanical behavior of the natural teeth. It is hoped that the micro-motion dental implant system can increase the quality and the value of the dental implantation. The technical features were described that including micro-motion of 0.2mm, resilient mechanism, sealing, fool-proofing device of locking, interchangeability and separation avoidance mechanism from the micro-motion dental implant system. Above-mentioned designs also belong to the claims in present patent. This design optimization has been performed computer simulation and compression test. Furthermore, the prototype of the micro-motion dental implant system was manufactured by the domestic manufacturing. Verification of finite element analysis and experiment was finished to corroborate its mobility and feasibility.
