技術說明

本發明主要目的係希望提供一種具有高致動力或高負載能力之壓電驅動系統者。 本發明另一目的係希望提供一種結構簡單、組裝便捷、堅固耐用與散熱效果佳之高致動力壓電驅動系統者。 本發明最後目的係希望提供一種可以運用於小型運輸工具上或運用於驅動光機電之轉動機構或系統之壓電驅動系統者。 本發明係指一種高致動力壓電驅動系統，其係由基座、多層壓電陶瓷塊、楔子組、軸桿、轉子與緊置元件所組成；其特徵在於：該多層壓電陶瓷塊可以透過楔子組緊置於基座之上面與側面上，而該轉子與緊置元件可以透過軸桿分別裝設在基座之兩端；操作時，只要對壓電陶瓷塊施以適當的驅動頻率與驅動電壓或驅動相角，即可驅動轉子旋轉，或進而帶動基座移動。 The invention refers to a simple, convenient assembly, rugged, good heat dissipation and high actuating force or high loading ability caused by the high actuating force piezoelectric driving system caused, by the base, multi-block piezoelectric ceramics, wedges, shafts, rotors and tight elements; characterized in that: the multi-block piezoelectric ceramics can be placed through the base of the wedges fixed on the top and side, and the rotors and tight elements can be set with shaft were installed in both ends of the base; operation, as long as the multi-block piezoelectric ceramics to impose the appropriate driving frequency and driving voltage or driving phase drives the rotors rotate, or to move the base.
