技術說明

本創作係一新型之交流感應馬達構形，將齒輪式減速機與交流感應馬達加以整合，使其成為一體式的機電整合裝置。異於傳統上馬達與減速機分別獨立設計與製造的作法，本創作係將齒輪式減速機的齒輪元件與交流感應馬達的組成構件，從構形上與功能面做具體整合，可有效改善傳統設計的固有缺點。在構造整合方面，基於一體式的設計，該創作免除傳統需有聯軸器或動力傳輸元件的使用，可降低因摩擦力而導致的機械能損耗，並縮減動力的傳輸路徑，致使整體效率提高。再者，基於安裝空間的考量，該創作省去了減速機的機架與相關鎖緊零扣件的使用，構造上較傳統設計更緻密，組成機件更簡化，因此具有輕量化與體積小的優勢，在維修上更行簡便。若以行星齒輪式減速機進行設計，有別於傳統馬達轉軸與減速機輸出軸為非共軸的設計方式，該創作之行星齒輪系的大部分組件、馬達的定子與轉子元件、以及整合裝置的輸出軸均成為共軸構件，加以將行星齒輪做平衡配置，使得該創作較傳統設計具有更佳的動態平衡特性。在功能整合方面，該創作將輪齒整合於交流感應馬達之中，齒形除提供行星齒輪式減速機做傳動變速之用外，亦同時提供直流無刷馬達定子作為盲槽設計之用，可降低馬達的頓轉扭矩與轉矩漣波，有效抑制馬達的震動與噪音問題。該創作將交流感應馬達與齒輪減速機整合為一體式裝置，有助於在低轉速、高扭矩的領域上使用，較傳統設計有安裝空間小、能量損耗低、以及維修方便的優點，尤其是較佳的動態平衡特性以及低轉矩漣波等特性。 A novel configuration of an AC induction motor integrated with a gear train is provided. There are four main features. (1) The AC induction motor with an integrated planetary gear train reduces the use of transmission elements which makes the whole configuration more compact, lightweight, and easier for maintenance. (2) Motor components combined with gear elements make it attractive to simplify the composed mechanisms and reduce the overall size. It also shrinks the length of the power flow path from the electric motor to the gear reducer, and decreases the mechanical losses. (3) The integrated devices are designed as planetary gear trains. For the proposed design, the rotor, stator, and most rotary components of the planetary gear train are coaxial with the output shaft, while the balanced planet gears are also employed. (4) The gear teeth integrated on the stator provide functions not only for transmission, but also act as the dummy slots for reducing the cogging torque of the motor.
