技術說明

本發明係以化學合成及利用農業廢棄物-稻穀、沉積無用之矽藻土，從中萃取出生物矽(Biosilica)這兩種方式製備出中孔洞二氧化矽奈米粒子及中孔洞生物活性玻璃，應用於智慧型藥物傳遞系統和骨修復材料兩大領域；本發明亦為一種將廢棄物轉換再利用成生物矽之方法，至少包括下列實施步驟:(a)加工該稻穀殼，以使其形成二氧化矽粉末；(b)加工該矽藻土及稻穀殼二氧化矽粉末，以使其轉換成矽酸鈉溶液；(c)以介面活性劑、在固定環境下自我組裝形成微胞，並添加該生物來源之矽酸鈉溶液、鑭系金屬(銪、釓)，乾燥鍛燒後使其形成兩種中孔洞生醫材料。將兩種材料注射至先天基因缺陷之腫瘤老鼠，發現裸鼠頭部毛髮有大量且迅速增生之情形。 The present invention is directed to chemical synthesis and the use of agricultural waste-rice husk, deposition useless diatoms, extracted from biological silicon (Bio Silica) prepared two ways in which the Mesoporous and the Mesoporous in silica nanoparticles bioactive glass, and doping lanthanide metals(europium, gadolinium) applied to two intelligent drug delivery system in the field and the bone repair material. The two materials are injected into nude mice gene congenital defects, found nude head of hair and a large number of situations of rapid proliferation.
