本發明係提供一種掌性雙烯配體及其製備方法和應用，該掌性雙烯配體係一種雙環[2.2.1]雙烯配體，具有結構之特異性，並可增加鏡像的選擇性，以利參與後續各種不對稱合成反應，尤其是特別適合在一鹼性環境下，參與具有金屬催化劑的不對稱加成反應，所生成的產物大多也具有高度的光學活性，此一掌性雙烯配體之製造步驟包括有第一氧化、皂化、第二氧化、去質子化和偶合，本發明之掌性雙烯配體十分適於做為各種化學品和醫藥品之製造。 This invention provides a facile synthesis of a set of chiral diene ligands and their application in the catalytic asymmetric transformations. These diene ligands, bearing bicyclo[2.2.1] structure, possess structural specificity and therefore enhance the enantioselectivity in the catalytic reactions, particularly in the rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition reactions. The synthetic procedures of the present chiral diene ligands include 1) oxidation, and saponification; 2) oxidation, deprotonation, and cross-coupling reaction. The chiral ligands in this invention could be used in the preparation of various fine chemicals and biologically active compounds.
