技術說明

建築資訊模型(Building Information Model，以下簡稱BIM模型)可作為建築物生命週期資訊管理之骨幹，從BIM模型中擷取所需資訊來衍生應用的方法相當多元，但目前將資訊回饋回BIM模型之方法較缺乏彈性，既然BIM模型作為工程資訊之管理平台，在實務上有許多應用情境需要更有效率的機制來進行資訊反饋，同時提升BIM物件式資訊在使用者或平台間進行交換時之可擴充性(scalability)和可互操作性(interoperability)。因此，本發明採用以NoSQL技術為基礎之資料庫系統作為資訊交換之單一管理窗口，即串接資訊回饋者與模型管理者之中介，並以網際網路作為資訊傳遞途徑，提供非同步(asynchronous)之Web服務平台，是一個跨時空、跨平台、跨使用者之BIM物件式資訊回饋機制。 This invention manages the feedback information to a BIM model by using a database approach. A corresponding management user interface is designed for a BIM model manager to manipulate feedback information provided by stakeholders. A BIM model can be automatically modified or updated at object-level rather than manual operations of model modification. In addition, this invention designs its own schema-free data structures and develops a web application for information feedback side in order to enhance the interoperability among different BIM tools and fulfill the needs for cross-platform, asynchronous collaboration.
