技術說明

本發明係提供一種細胞內粒線體之調節劑，係包含一山苦瓜組成物；該調節劑可增加白色脂肪細胞之UCP1(SEQ ID NO：9)、PGC1α (SEQ ID NO：4)或NrF1 (SEQ ID NO：12)的表現程度、增加棕色脂肪細胞之PGC1α (SEQ ID NO：4)或NrF1 (SEQ ID NO：12)的表現程度，以及增加肌肉細胞之PGC1α (SEQ ID NO：4)或tfam (SEQ ID NO：13)的表現程度。藉由本發明之細胞內粒線體之調節劑，可調節細胞內粒線體之功能，進而促進粒線體增生以及增進粒線體產熱效率。 The present invention provides a mitochondria regulator in a cell, and the mitochondria regulator comprises a wild bitter gourd composition.
