本發明係一種用於睡眠異常作動之量測評估裝置，其中設置至少一個加速規單元、一處理單元及一評估單元，該加速規單元設於至少一個肢體量測區域，感測該肢體量測區域上之振動或運動變化並產生至少一個感測訊號，該處理單元接收該至少一個感測訊號並擷取該至少一個感測訊號之複數個頻域特徵值或/及複數個時域特徵值，該處理單元計算該複數個頻域特徵值或/及該複數個時域特徵值之差值，該評估單元耦接該處理單元並接收該複數個頻域特徵值之差值或/及該複數個時域特徵值之差值，該評估單元具有一異常比對模式與一自我比對模式，其中，於異常比對模式下，該評估單元比對該至少一個加速規單元與一正常族群之該複數個頻域或/及時域特徵值之差值並產生至少一個異常評估值；於該自我比對模式下，該評估單元比對不同時間點之該至少一個加速規之複數感測訊號之該複數個頻域或/及時域特徵值之差值並產生至少一個自我評估值。藉此，本發明透過該至少一個異常評估值及該至少一個自我評估值能協助醫師於臨床上之診斷。 An evaluation device for sleeping actuating abnormalities includes one or more accelerometers and a processing unit. Each of the accelerometers setting on the region of the limb measures the physical waveforms from the swing of the limb. Then, the accelerometers generate the measuring signal. The processing unit receives the measuring signal and selects the characteristic values of the measuring signal in frequency domain or in time domain. Besides, setting two or more the accelerometers can use the process unit to count the difference of both of the characteristic values in frequency domain or in time domain. Thereby, the processing unit records the frequency domain characteristic value or time domain characteristic value of the difference. And the difference is used to assessing the sleeping actuating abnormalities. In view of the prior art, it only set one accelerometer unit in a limb and recorded the patient’s sleep posture.
