技術說明

一種干涉儀傾角補償及位移量測系統，包含有一干涉儀系統、一角度補償控制系統及一訊號處 理系統，該干涉儀系統包含有一光源組、一干涉儀及一位置檢測組，該干涉儀係設有一干涉鏡 組及一移動組，該干涉鏡組包含有一固定鏡及一傾角調整裝置，角度控制系統包含有一與干涉 鏡組相對之角度感測器及一與傾角調整裝置相結合之壓電放大器，訊號處理系統係接收微型角 度感測器之信號並計算出控制量後傳至壓電致動器，使移動鏡進行角度偏擺控制及位移量測而 與固定鏡間保持平行，藉以提供一可大幅提高檢測準確度之干涉儀傾角補償及位移量測系統 者。 A compensation system of tilt angles for interferometer and displacement measurement system include an interferometer system, compensation controller of tilt angles and signal process system. The interferometer system consists of a light source, an interferometer and position sensitive detectors. There are two parts in interferometer, inter-ferometric mirrors and linear displacement table. Inter-ferometric mirrors include a fixed mirror and a measurement mirror with control mechanism of tilt angles. The angle controller consists of a reflector installed on measurement mirror of interferometer, angle sensor and regulation mechanism of tilt angles.
