技術說明

(1)中文 射出成型產品會因為強度的需求,於產品設計中增加補強肋的設計,藉由結構設計來增加產品的強度。但也因為補強肋的設計,產品的厚度會產生不均勻的情況,而不均勻的厚度會在冷卻後產生缺陷,因為高分子的熱漲冷縮,補強肋的區域會在外觀面產生凹痕,導致產品良率不佳。 外部式氣體輔助成型是一個解決方法,透過在補強肋附近加裝進氣結構,於射出階段後通入一個局部性的反向壓力,將融膠推擠至外觀模面上,待產品冷卻後便可得到外觀無凹痕的產品。但傳統的氣針式設計,對於氣體的控制較不容易,可能會造成氣體壓力分佈不均勻的問題,因此本技術將使用透氣金屬鑲塊取代氣針,藉此改善整體進氣的均勻性,並且降低模具設計的難度,更增加外部式氣體輔助成型的應用性。此外,透氣金屬提供一個很好的氣體排出解決方法,補強肋的設計可能伴隨著排氣的問題,藉由透氣金屬的特性,給予一個良好的排氣效果,避免排氣不良造成補強肋的充填不足。 (2)英文 Injection molding products will use the reinforced rib structure to increase the product strength. However, the design of rib structure will produce uneven product thickness and it will cause product defect after cooling stage. Because of the thermal expansion and contraction of the polymer, the area of ribs may cause sink mark on product appearance side, resulting in poor product quality. External gas-assisted molding is a solution. By adding a gas injection structure near the ribs, a partial reverse gas pressure is injected after injection section. At this moment, the melted polymer was pushed to appearance mold side by gas, after the product is cooled, the product without sink mark can be obtained. But the traditional gas needle design is hard to control the distribution of gas and resulting in poor gas pressure distribution. Therefore, the technology will replace the gas needle with a gas permeable metal module, thereby improving the uniformity of the gas distribution, also reducing the difficulty of the mold design. Furthermore, this technology can increase the applicability of the external gas-assisted molding. Furthermore, the gas permeable metal provided a good solution for cavity venting. The design of reinforced rib will cause the poor cavity venting resulting in quality issue. By means of the gas permeable characteristics of the gas permeable metal, a good exhaust effect is given, and reduced the short shot defect by cavity venting.
